Whats on your Monday menu RNYers?
morning peeps!...we had a great weekend, my birthday was spent at the beach and then doing some light shopping...pretty much a perfect day lol. Went to my sister's yesterday afternoon and let the kids play in the sprinkler for a while then we played with the 3 8week old doberman puppies she is fostering which was the BEST. LOL...I did not feel tempted to take one home because I know how much work they are, growing up with dobermans, but it's awfully fun to play with them!
QOTD: goals for July are to reboot my exercise routine. I am starting to feel the tendinitis in my shoulder again and I know it's from loss of muscle tone and lack of use. I will restart my Piyo tonight and I know it will help.
Morning:coffee w/cinnamon extract, 3 tbsp SF sweet cream coffeemate
B: 1/2C overnight oats w/ 1/2C almond milk, 1/4C vanilla greek yogurt, cinnamon and berries
L: Southwest chicken burger w/cheddar slice, 1/4C garlic roasted cauliflower & broccoli
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: garlic shrimp & spinach quinoa
ES: baby carrots & 2tbs hummus
Have a fabulous day my friends!

Good morning~ It was such a lovely weekend! SO happy it's a short week. I'm looking forward to the long weekend and hopefully a beautiful beach day in there too. I'm still having a hard time with my back/hips. I took it easy all weekend and was feeling better yesterday but woke up pretty sore today. Last week I think I overdid it at the gym which I thought would help, but I don't know if I made it worse. Anyway, I'm going tonight and will do a gentle work out and build from there.

I'm feeling pretty awful. Yet again. I can't seem to eat most protein. Frustrated to the max. Maybe it's some sort of stomach bug but every time I eat I want to throw up.
qotd:my goal is to hit the 100 pounds lost and to get back to exercising.
food....
a couple of pp shakes and tried some tilapia...yuck.

Melody, you're still pretty close to your revision date -- have you followed up with your doc/RD on your progression? Maybe they moved you along too fast? Everyone is different but one month out I definitely couldn't do dense proteins yet.

I think you're right. I've been shredding or flaking things but it doesn't seem to be enough. I am going to stick to liquids for a few days but even lately the pp shakes make me feel icky.
