Good morning everyone. I have a doctors appt this morning with my Gyn I have been having pain on my left side that radiates to my back. I have had pelvic pain for the past 20 years due to PCOS. This pain is dull and no rhyme or reason to it. I have been to the chiropractor, thinking it was a hip flexor or something out of whack. I am going to ask for a CT scan. There is something that just doesn't feel right.
Food and fluids were on point yesterday. We just had a quiet day at home. I am looking forward to a short week and the kids coming home for the 4 th to stay the night.
QOTD- To be the best me that I can be!!
Food for today-
1 egg scrambled with 2 oz ham
Just 2 yogurt
Not sure on lunch since I will be at the doctor and hour away. Hoping to stop at the deli and gets some boars head deli meat.
chicken sausage with peppers
Have a great day everyone!
Hope you get some sort of answer. Dealing with pain for 20 years is unbelievable.

Hey Friends! guess what?? It's my first day of unemployment and I couldn't be a happier human being right now :)
I am not going to lie--I don't really have a meal plan today. It's been awhile since I have have been planning and accountable, but my first step is coming here EVERY DAY. Which leads me to the QOTD. What do I want to accomplish in July?? All the things!
1.) Track everything on MFP (good bad & ugly). I just logged on and says that I haven't entered anything since February., and even them it was spotty. Previous to that I had had a 4+ year streak of not missing a day.
2.) Post on the menu thread every day. Yep, I am back, suckers!
3.) Exercise every day. I'm starting with some easy stuff, but I am planning to get pretty rigorous, soon.
4.) Find a job! Actually, I think I am close already :)
5.) Have fun. Grim keeps making fun of me because I keep saying I need to make a schedule of the fun things I want to do. I am so type-A and still filled with the adrenaline that kept me going in that job for a year that I don't even remember how to relax and let joy come to me organically, anymore. It will happen... I am only on day one, right?
Have a wonderful day everyone!
