Whats on your Monday menu RNYers?

Quick post for accountability so feel free to add a QOTD. Lily and I have a long slightly wet walk done and will do 2 more at some point today. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday with 11,132 step and weight is 122.4 today. I need to be sure to drink at work so Iget my 100 ounces in. Here's the food for today B 2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz smoked sausage 2 slices of fresh tomato S if needed sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Good morning Karen! Happy July 1! How is that possible?

I'll throw out a QOTD -- what are your goals for July?

Mine is to work out every day in July and to post on the menu thread. I don't know why but July has always been a good month for me to start new habits, so I'm going to maximize it! My reward for success will be an August/September new tattoo!

Menu today:

B - Elli Quark

L - 4 oz ever roast chicken, 1 slice cheddar

D - 3 jalapeño cheese poppers (Real good Food)

S - light and fit greek and the half and half in my coffee/tea

Goal is 100 oz fluid, 30 minute walk and I have both an assisted stretch session tonight and a massage. Yay for monday.

Lol! I knew a bunch of us would be starting the menu thread at the same time this morning! Looks like this one is the winner!

I'm at a hotel in the Chicago suburbs. I have a three- month follow- up with my plastic surgeon this morning. I got great results, but my body is taking its time healing this time - we'll see what he has to say about that, if anything. I'm meeting Jim (Greateight) for lunch in the Loop later on... looking forward to it! It'll be my second OH meetup (first was with NYMom a couple of years ago).

Eating could have been better yesterday, but not awful. Being away from home makes things more challenging for sure..

4 years out:

B: thing of Oikos yogurt and one of those really small containers of Activa yogurt, cantaloupe, coffee with half and half

MS. protein bar

L. ???

AS. Probably not needed given a semi -late restaurant lunch, but I do have an extra protein bar with me just in case

D ??? Probably turkey slices if we're home by then
