Good mornin menu folks.
today is gonna be a long day! didn't sleep all to well.
cutting down on carbs starting today and focusing on protein first. I haven't been terribly bad but it has a lot of room for improvement.
My pics I s are some old photos I took involving milk, food dye and dawn soap. I feel the need to take more of these soon. Macro photography is my favorite!

Good morning everyone and TGIF! This week has been crazy - busy and flying by one minute then dragging the next but its almost over! I'm still having trouble with my hips, but I'm able to work out with little pain. I stretch a lot, it feels great and helps tremendously but in the morning, OW! I forgot to put my ice pack back in the freezer yesterday so I am waiting on that right now. I may resort to a bag of frozen meatballs! This weekend should be chill - the usual dogs walks, gym, movies, BBQ, errands and cleaning and relaxing. We may go out for chinese or sushi.
Accountability - had a few unplanned pork rinds while waiting for dinner. Down .3 today
