G'morning menu peeps,
As Kelly always says: happy Friday eve!
Where did the week go? I guess when you take a PTO on a wed your week seems shorter. I didn't do much damage shopping yesterday. I guess now that things actually fit not that wild about buying anything that fits. And colors, I'm more attracted to colors. It is still weird that for certain brands and I guess cut I need to try a small. I keep taking stuff to the dressing room in M & L but then have to exchange them for S...I know rough life! I ended up with a burnt golden top and a very light pink one. I was looking for that pink for a while because I have one of those flowy wide leg pants that has very light pink flowers.
Accountability: great.
My meals for the day:
- Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
- Hb eggs + tuna
- Rotisserie chicken
- Yogurt or parm cheese

I feel you on the sizing thing...I swear I still fear even trying Mediums and I usually end up having to exchange my Larges for Medium or even smalls which totally blows my mind...I bought a skirt in a size 6 last weekend...WHO AM I?! lol

I totally get you. I keep thinking this can't be right, they must have labeled it wrong. And I know everybody says sizing has changed in the last 20-30 yrs but I kept a leather jacket from my clubbing years in my 20s. At the time the jacket was fitted. But now I can wear it even with a sweater on. So in comparison to my 20s I might be 5 lbs heavier but I guess I'm fitter and slimmer and the leather jacket is the proof.

Good mid morning everyone,
On my way to work I had a mini melt down on body image today. I don?t get it! When I was 299 I looked in the mirror and thought I was skinny ( well at least fine). Now I?m normal weight I look in the mirror and think I?m fat. Crazy how our minds play tricks on us.

Exersize: Half Hour Elliptical at Planet fitnesses after Hernia Surgery in February this is all I?m aloud to do. I am not aloud to do any core work and don?t know if I ever will be aloud to considering the extensive amount of surgery I had.

Just figured out how to upload pictures so I want to share last nights dinner. I told my husband to ask his co-workers what they had for dinner last night. I told him I bet it was not this protein packed yummy delicious dinner we had.

IMHO, when we lose weight we start concentrating on the little flaws we see and no longer the overall look. Because I guess we figure we have taken care of the BIG problem why isn't everything else falling in place? I keep checking my arms for batwings, I look at my face for wrinkles, the list is endless. As human beings we are never happy.

Hello friends. I am now a known customer at the Starbucks next to the GNC where I work. Oh lawd. Trying to keep the price down as not to negate working. Been getting a grande earl grey in a venti cup. Plus free refills.
I am working a long day today so brought breakfast lunch and snacks.
Eats:
- overnight oats and protein
- wheybolic RTD protein shake from GNC (40g protein and 190calories)
- Turkey on lite rye, roasted broccoli w/balsamic glaze drizzle, salad
- Baked not fried Eggplant Parmesan, Roasted Chicken
- S: protein, pumpkin muffins???
Ex: Up in air with work schedule. Either late gym or pool.

late posting for me.
so far- coffee, water, prot panckes, and jello protein thingies.
gym after work is the plan.
raided the garden last night- got a HUGE zucchini which I missed last week, sugar snap peas, green beans, 3 tomato.
I'm limiting salt and increasing water. still need to drop a few pounds. scale dropped .8 pounds from yesterday.
