What's on your Wednesday menu,RNYers?
Just a quick stop by. I read yesterday's posts about 9 last night and I'm late again today but wanted to at least log in.
A seriously hot and humid day here in MD and tomorrow is supposed to be even worse...ugh! Last evening I wanted to take a run after work but DW & I ended up going to the pool for about an hour, which was lovely. I did end up going for a slow run at lunch today...certainly no PRs but I really needed the time away from my desk. Tonight I am doing a workout with my trainer and then headed home to train one of my clients, which will be fun.
Menu:
B: scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patty
S: CarbMaster yogurt

I?m always so late to these things....but I need to get back into the habit of posting. I?ve been kind of depressed lately.....my weight has stalled again and while I know it?s normal it?s just frustrating when I have a goal in mind I want to reach. It?s just been a frustrating week so far. Had a job interview yesterday they I thought I was totally prepared for only to find out I wasn?t. It was a job I really wanted....but needless to say I believe I flunked the interview. Also got my lab work done yesterday so hopefully all is well. I?ll find out at my six month appointment. Hard to believe it?s already been six months. Where has the time gone?
As for music: I like just about anything....rock mostly...especially 90?s rock. But honestly anything with meaningful lyrics and a good beat. Lately I?ve been listening to a lot of London Grammar, M83, Daughter and Broods. I also like older country.
B: premier chocolate shake (once I got to work I got a coffee with Splenda). This is twice now I?ve been able to drink coffee without gagging. Yay!
S: cashews
L: turkey deli meat with some smoked Gouda rolled up
S: laughing cow cheese dippers
D: salad with turkey and light dressing
S: mixed fruit
