gym or jogging after work haven't decided which.

Good Morning Karen and Menuers,
Karen you are still rocking the walking and menu! So awesome and happy for you.
I'm in green bean hell. You just can't even imagine the amount of beans we have and I have another row to pick. I have already picked the garden and watered the flowers this morning as it is supposed to be hot and humid today.
TSS is one year and 6 months. I can't believe it, time has flown by. I didn't weigh this morning because I got up at dark-O'thirty and didn't think about it.
B: not sure probably just a shake this morning
L: sharp provolone and ?
D: fish and squash and green beans

Good morning, everybody! I am back in the city today after yesterday in the burbs. I am going to post quickly this morning and try and catch my train. If I have incremental nonsense I will return tonight.
Amber - I found Queen tickets in Boston (Mansfield) for much less than in Chicago and the concert happens to be while we are in Boston visiting family, so I think we may try and go that while we are out East. I'm going to text my sisters this morning.

Top of the morning Menu family!
Glorious Wed day. Today is my surgiversary (2 years) and I finally reached my goal. I've posted separately and added a comparison pic. Wow, time flies and you don't realize the changes.
Today's plan is to just bask in my glory. I'll go for my run in the woods but after that I'll just take it easy. Maybe even go shopping for a goal prize. Funny thing is I have two pairs of shoes in my closet still in boxes because I forbade myself to wear them until I reached goal...so technically I have already bought my goal present to myself.
QOTD: it changes day to day and genre. I'm not a loyal music person.
Accountability: 100% on point!
My meals for the day:
- Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
- Eggwich
- Left over turkey meatloaf
- Yogurt or parm cheese
