What's on your Wednesday menu,RNYers?
Here we are again menu friends! Lily and I have done our hour long walk and will do at least 2 more walks today. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122.4 today. QOTD what is your favorite musician. Mine is MercyMe but Thomas Rhett is right up there too. Goal today is 100 ounces of fluids and here's the food plan B 2/3 c earnest eats L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz taco meat with lettuce and tomato S if needed hummus with 4 pretzels. No snack yesterday either. Have a great day full of healthy and conscious choices everyone !
QOTD- my favourite musician? That is a tough one overall I would say Billy Joel. But there would be honourable mentions to Rod Stewart, Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi
I?ve had a rough week- a co-worker of 16 years passed away on Monday and it?s left me reeling. She was a single mom and left behind a little boy.
My daughter?s grade 12 grad is tomorrow! I don?t know where the time went. We?re very close and I can hardly imagine her living somewhere else in September.
Today I?m working from home which is great because it gives me some flexibility but bad for the same reasons! Ugh. So I?m sitting here typing out this message and building my menu as I type.
Menu:
Breakfast- 2 eggs and maybe some cheddar cheese
Snack- Greek yogurt with some strawberries
Lunch- leftover chicken and mixed veggies
dinner- this is up in the air. We have bible study tonight so I have to make something quick.
Exercise will be walking Obie.
