It now feels like a tree is growing out of my eye but it's done. Having some emotional issues tonight. Bed time couldn't be soon enough! Lol

Good afternoon everybody!
It's 1:15 pm on the west coast and I finally got a sec. I had an early meeting in SV and that means gotta leave the house no later than 8:00 to make the meeting at 9:30. I hate it when clients want me at the meeting in person. What's the difference if I'm on the phone or there in the meeting room? Such a waste of time.
No matter what I didn't let it derail me from my gym time. Got into the gym at 6:30. The front desk person was really surprised to see me that early and the look on her face made me laugh. I feel very strong and fit physically, even though I'm not at the weight I want to be. I feel I'm in better shape than in my 20s. On my cardio days I run 5 miles in the woods (I wouldn't have dreamt of that in my 20s) and on my weight training days I run one mile on the treadmill increasing the speed slowly. It's not HIIT but in comparison to two years ago when I started walking on the treadmill I am now full on running! As I said feel really strong!
My meals for the day:
- Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
- in-n-out protein style (always when I'm in SV)
- TJ turkey meatloaf (saw this on Cara's menu yesterday and while at TJ I figured I'm gonna try it)
- Yogurt or parm cheese

MFP says 540mg for a 6oz serving. Would that work or is that too high for you?

I also like taking TJs turkey meatballs and add some SF ketchup and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. It tastes just like meatloaf to me!
