What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?
Good morning everyone,
I stayed true to my menu yesterday and the scale reflected it. Still normal weight on the BMI scale so I'm very happy. I hope to eventually loose 10 more pound for a cushion but will see what the Dr has to say.
QOTD: My fathers maternal side of the family has a family picnic the 3rd Sunday in July. Next month I will have attended this event for 54 years. It has been tradition for over 100 years. My grandmother had 9 brothers and sisters. At times I remember over 200 people at the event. You have to be related to attend or dating someone no just random friends. We keep it that way so the kids can get to know there cousins and relatives travel all across the US to attend. All the brothers and sisters have passed but all the cousins keep this thing going. This event was my dads favorite time of the year. No holiday had anything on family picnic day. It's a good day to reflect on the people who have passed but also a great day to catch up and see all the new additions. BTW this side of the family is Italian so you can imagine the amount of food that goes with it.

Good morning~ I can't wait until June gloom is over! Although we do get some sun in the afternoon, I'm over these dreary mornings. Went to the gym last night with Rob and again it was awesome. I like working out with him, he challenges me and is super supportive. Today Rob is out of town and I'm getting a pedi after work so no gym tonight. I will walk the dogs when I get home though. Food is going really well, not feeling the urge to snack or eat off plan. I'm making good choices, one decision at a time.

Good afternoon everyone.
got my right eye fixed up this morning. The iv attempts hurt like heck! Well the last and successful one did. Almost cried and that's so unlike me. It is done though.
QOTD: nothing much since my grandparents passed. Only one other sibling of my mom's stays in touch. As of my brother it seems we get scraps on holidays lol.
