OK i'm coming clean here. I have been really bad about logging my food, and lately lots of snacking has crept back into my life. It's mostly been ahi jerky, but it's full of sodium and sugar. Plus those gummy bears jumped into my cart last week, and now they are all gone. I promise myself not to buy anymore. I've also been enjoying my wine way too much, and drinking more than I should. So today when I got home I went for a walk I did 2.23 miles in 40:43, so not bad for not working out in a while. Also I was up almost 5lbs from the last time I weighed, this can't continue. At only 16 months out I should still be losing...
So I've logged my food, and will make smarter choices and stay away from the wine. It's Monday and I'm working on it, I know it is always a work in progress but I have to start somewhere.

The hard part is the first step. After that just one foot in front of the other. Hang in there but also make sure you are not transferring your addiction. There are a lot of articles about transfer addiction, because we all chose food as our drug of choice. Now that food is no longer "possible" some people start drinking, some people shop more etc etc. Just be mindful and take care of yourself.
