Whats on your Monday menu RNYers?

Hello my RnY kindred! Happy Monday!
My weight this morning is 123.8. This is the lowest I have ever weighed as an adult - even when I was modeling I weighed a pound of so more (this was way, way back, when the earth was cooling). Granted at the time I was constantly being urged to get thinner! I am for the first time in my life actually marginally under what I want to weigh - what a concept! A guy told me this week that I am "as slender as a 20-year old", which in my case is literally true, since I was 124-ish when I was 20. But he has no idea of how I looked 2 years ago and would probably fall off his chair if he knew. Anyway, I am monitoring myself and my intake because I absolutely want to stay healthy. I've been extra cold over the past couple of days too - this is unusual for me as I thankfully never experienced the cold so many WLS folks live with as post-ops. Anyway, I'll take care not to drop beyond this point.
All of my new jeans have become too big, boo! There are folds and wrinkles of extra material all the way down my thighs. A neighbor told me over the weekend that my jeans were at least three sizes too big and that "they aren't doing me any favors". Which I can see is true. So I ordered a pair of size 24 Joe's Jeans in the skinny Chelsea fit style I like, and just hope they will work! I am actually clueless about what size I really am in jeans that are sized that way. If they fit well, I'll order more. Fingers crossed!
Tonight I have a date and we are going to have dinner at a really good seafood restaurant on the water. The Copper River (aka King) salmon is in season, which only happens once a year during a 3 or so week window, so that's what I'll have. It's really good. The guy is an old rock-and-roll musician, long out of that life, and I'm sure he will have some good stories to tell. It should be fun. I'm determined to just have an enjoyable time and not stress myself out.
First: Dunkin' Donuts French Vanilla coffee - this is rich and smooth. I've had it with Starbucks, which attacks me with its too-strong, too-burnt taste. It's aggressive! And of course it's ubiquitous here in Seattle. But I do love Starbucks headquarters, which has the head of it's iconic green mermaid rising up out of a very tall, square brick tower. It's a marvelous bit of urban whimsy!
B: TJ's turkey meatloaf
L: tuna. Possibly a bit of cheese.
D: salmon and who knows what veggie
Have a wonderful careful day, my friends!

Now that you mention it, it is weird to think of what people would think if they knew us when! Enjoy your date!!!

Good morning,
I really need to come here for Accountability since my weight was over 200 last week. Dr wasn't pleased. Then he did lab work to check my liver and it was bad results again. He reiterated that my diet has to be better and lose weight.
Also had an endoscope done a couple weeks ago for reoccurring heartburn. The biopsy showed inflammation in the stomach. Now I have to cut back on my coffee, no carbonation of any kind. Tomorrow I have an upper gig done to see if that shows anything since the endoscope didn't.
I also been feeling like no one cares if I come here or not. But I know that's not true for a few people.
Misty and Netty are getting along really good. They are such a joy to have. Getting bigger every day.
Work is going good except she hired too many people now. One week my hours got cut so I said something and she gave my hours back. I've been there over a year now.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D sirloin tip roast, coleslaw and sliced up strawberries
Have a good day
We care and happy to see you posting.
