Good morning everyone~Feeling better finally, I think?! Lets hope it stays this way. I had a lovely weekend. Went to the gym with Rob and we had so much fun! It totally motivated me plus I love this new gym, it's awesome. We are going tonight and I have a weekly schedule all worked out. Being OCD, I've had to learn to be flexible since if things aren't perfect I tend to throw in the towel on a plan. I am prepared with plans B and C this time. It feels very different but so good! Meds and therapy are helping with OCD, anxiety and overthinking everything too. Who knows, I may just get it all figured out someday! Here's hoping ;)
Accountability - I was great all weekend, stuck to my plan and exercised both days

Morning all! The weather this weekend was lovely, warm, but not hot and humid. Today it's back to summer in the swamp! ugh! I'd like to do a run while I wait for DW over lunch but I also don't want to get sick with the humidity. I'll see how it goes, may just be a stroll!
Nice weekend, got some housecleaning done but not yardwork. Also got in a run, weight training & swim yesterday followed by some time in the hottub. It was very pleasant.
I have my year followup with the PS this afternoon. The results are good except for a few things that were just too stretched for too long to be perfect. Wish I could have work done on my arms/sides and thighs, but with DW on disability, it is doubtful. The heavy weightlifting has helped build muscle but not fix all the loose skin.

Good morning!
today I'm going to try and stick with mostly liquids. My pouch is kind of upset as per usual in the morning. Fish is a no go, most dense proteins are a no go. Kind of disheartening but I know i'm Still early out and things will change.
