Good Morning everyone
i had a good weekend and stayed very strick to the menu. Maybe even had too little seeing the scale finally moved. So after my hernia and skin removal in February I was 153 and today I'M 145.8 I don't want to officially change it yet on my counter cause I'm afraid I'll jinx it. But that now puts me at normal weight on the BMI scale. This has been a long time coming but this last 8 lbs has been hard just because I think my body is not ready not that I am over doing it on my food choices
