LOL. Thanks Jim, but I don't think the Dr was serious. I am far from being model size but I'm very happy with where I am. Still fighting the last couple of lbs but not giving up. Don't think it will change anything in my clothes size but it is a number I would like to see on the scale even if it's for one day.

Good morning everyone. Busy day ahead! More cleaning and organizing. My son and I cleaned out his room yesterday. I am turning it into a guest room and he is moving downstairs where my daughter used to be. We are also renting a U-Haul tonight and driving 1.5 hours each way so my son can buy some more dumbells for his gym that is in our garage. I guess there could be worse things for him to spend his money on. Hopefully, this will be the last thing he buys, we are running out of room!
Food has been good. I find that I am hungrier early in the day and not so much in the evenings. I am usually done eating my food by 4 pm. I still feel that I am in an emotional funk. There have been many changes in the past few months and I am just trying to adjust.
Plan for Today-
2 hard boiled eggs
Just 2 yogurt
4 oz pepperino ham, 1 slice of sharp cheddar and 2 wassa crackers.
Shredded chicken with salsa
Lots of water and ice tea, vitamins always.

Good morning everyone!
slept a lot last night and I needed it! I'm still tired but ok.
we have a solstice party this evening that i'm Looking forward to. I am making a burrito lasagna & orange cake. None of which i'll Have but it honestly doesn't appeal to me either.
With the eye eye thing I haven't been able to keep my hands & mind as busy as i'd Like. So i've Been looking at things and of course getting ideas that I can't do atm. LOL. The pics at the end are two of my favorite ideas that worked out!

I am a pagan so it's kind of a big deal for me...also I am a Cancer with a late June birthday and I am just in the best mood ever today. I wore the most colorful outfit I could find and slapped on some bright makeup and I am feeling the sunshine today.
A: I managed to stay diligent yesterday with my food all day until about 9pm when I just could not stand it anymore and decided to have a snack. at least it wasn't terrible-yogurt and a handful of pretzels, but I just can't seem to control my will power when it comes to the evening. I think I've learned am just better off planning for that snack so I don't feel guilty about it later or sabotage the rest of my hard work during the day.
Morning: coffee w/ 3tbsp SF creamer (I am making sure to measure!)
B: 1/2C cottage cheese & 2oz diced ham with EBB seasoning and dill
L: tuna packet w/1tbsp mayo, 3 stalks celery, 8 baby carrots and 2Tbsp Hummus
AS: L&F greek yogurt, String cheese
D: smoked jalapeno popper stuffed chicken breasts & mexican corn salad (high cal meal so light food the rest of the day)
ES: I want to avoid it but if I just can't do it, I'll plan for an enlightened Ice cream bar.
