Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! Another day of mostly training and conference calls. I do have one on-site meeting today which seems so strange these days since so many are done virtually. We are supposed to get a little break from the heat the next few days which is always nice.
Accountability: I added a carbmaster cottage cheese and coconut granola bar thing to my day.

Good morning ya'll~ Oh Karen, cinnamon rolls are my crack girl! My back is feeling better, but my hips are still popping and unfortunately I'm not talking about my moves on the dance floor! My adjustment tomorrow should set everything straight, can't wait. I'm excited to start at the new gym with the hubs already. I decided not to cancel my membership at my old gym since I'm paid for the year anyway but it also gives me more options and no excuses.
