Calorie intake
If you are maintaining with what you are doing then keep on doing that.
Unfortunately most people subtract exercise calories to give them an excuse to eat more. Then they complain about gaining or not being able to lose and that's when there is a problem. Personally, I do not subtract exercise calories.
I eat around 1800 calories to maintain and cut back to 1500 when I need to lose weight.
The average here seems to be 1400-1600 calories a day to maintain, but some have to eat less, and some more. We are all different.

I dont subtract my exercise calories from my total calories, I eat basically the same thing every day during my work stint. Im out of town 11 of the 14 days (DFW), so its pretty easy to stay focused on eating well, and regular exercise.
Everyone has an opinion, im not on here to argue, was just looking to see what others do for calorie intake
