I agree totally. I guess the same would apply to me with addictions that I don't understand. I would have no clue how to help an alcoholic. I would think - just stop doing that, but the alcoholic says how+help me! Just like me with food.

Good afternoon! Slept in a little this morning- which I never do. Finished my last edits on the Chimney Sweep in Texas webpage, except for the -About- section.
Had a business meeting yesterday and they brought in Panera. I thought it was a good idea to eat about a cup of salad with a little chicken and then eat a huge lemon white chocolate chip cookie. damn that cookie was good. Except I knew I was playing with fire and had a hypoglycemic episode later. Wheeeee!
eats:
- Coffee and leftover Panera salad w/chicken
- protein drink
- Butter chicken w/ roasted veggies
- Greek yogurt
- S: muffins w/added protein, fruit
Ex: gym day. Chest presses. Woop! Deadlifted 130# the other day. My record.

eeeps I am late again today. Im not even that busy, I just totally forgot, OOPS! haha,
I had a haircut appointment after work yesterday and when she started cutting my hair she basically begged me to stay so she could color it because, well...gray.
So, what would've been a 30 minute appointment turned into almost 3 hours. Luckily DH was cool with it but I didn't get to see story before she was in bed last night by the time I got home.
bonus, I LOVE MY HAIR. It's a super short pixie cut, buzzed in back and longer on top/in front and I had her lighten the top super blonde and the back is all dark. it looks so edgy, I am obsessed! I'll try to attach a pic.
QOTD: I have so many varying hobbies and interests...I love to read, paint, draw, or anything generally artistic/crafty...I love to shop, try on clothes, play with makeup, have long conversations about nothing and everything with good friends, I also like to crochet and listen to music or audiobooks. I do enjoy sitting down to binge watch a great TV show now and then as well, but in the spring/summer, I love going for walks outside, going to the beach down the street or even just hanging out with my family and watching the kids play.
Morning: coffee w/sf coffeemate
B: low carb banana bread, 2 small Kiwi's
L: crab stuffed flounder, 6 cauliflower tots
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: I'll be at mom's tonight picking up story after work so I'll be eating whatever she decides to cook lol.
ES: not sure-depends what time I get home, if not too late, maybe some Halo top.
ETA: pic of my new hair
