morning friends!
I had a nice weekend, I got to catch up with one of my oldest friends (I've known her since Jr. High) that I haven't gotten to see in about 2 years, got our kids together and made some more plans for the summer. DH had to work on father's day but Story and I got up early, baked banana bread and made breakfast for him and then gave him his homemade Father's day gifts lol. We went to my parents' house after he left for work and spent the day with them, then my sister and her brood came over for dinner and we ended up leaving pretty late. Story fell asleep in the car so that was a blessing...I carried her in and plopped her in bed when we got home and I avoided any evening snacks!
Morning: lots of coffee w/sf coffeemate
B: low carb banana bread, 2 small Kiwi's
L: tuna packet w/light mayo, 3 celery stalks, 8 baby carrots and 2 tbsp hummus
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: ranch chicken meatballs & zoodles
ES: if I absolutely cannot go without, I may have an apple with PBfit.

Good morning everyone! It was a very nice weekend. The perfect balance of everything. Rob and I toured and joined a new gym! We are going together tonight. This is a first for us and I'm really excited! My back/hips are slowly feeling better after having to acclimate to a new mattress (felt like I wa**** by a truck). That aside, I love our new bed! Saw Rocketman with DS yesterday -so fun! I am seeing my therapist tomorrow again and talk about my eating issues, I have so many right now and I can't seem to keep it together.

Good morning everyone! The sun is shining and I had a nice walk this morning with Josie. The kids came home this weekend and spent the night. I loved having them here. I felt sad yesterday when my daughter left. I just miss her.
I cleaned out my family room. I got rid of all the furniture. Its currently loaded in the back of our truck to donate today. I moved my elliptical and treadmill in there from the garage. I am also going to mount a tv so can do my Billy Blanks Bootcamp DVD. I love that guy!!! I am setting myself up to be successful!!
Lots of water today!! Really trying to focus on mindful eating and nourishing my body with good food. I had some quiet time this morning in prayer.

Just 2 yogurt
shredded chicken with pico
Grilled halibut and zucchini
vitamins always

Good morning everyone.
my stomach is upset today. A mix of nerves(eye surgery tomorrow) and other stuff. Eating hasn't been fantastic.
It was my first Father's Day without a official father. I found out through a police officer in May that my birth father died in February. My grandpa had been in almost every way my father. It was sad for me though. He died from chronic alcohol abuse. Long story...lots of long stories. It was weird...just weird.
Either way today is a new new day and i'm Feeling upbeat.
