good morning everyone!
I am happy it's friday but I wish the weather forecast for this weekend was looking brighter. WHY DOES NATURE STILL THINK IT'S APRIL!?
We are getting together with my old friend from High school and her family tomorrow for a play date with the kids and to catch up. I haven't seen her in almost 2 years, so not since I've lost the weight...I know she sees my pics on social media so it's not going to be a huge shock, but it's always a bit different in real life.
DH works on Sunday so we are going to celebrate father's day tomorrow. I still haven't had a chance to get him anything so I will be scrambling tomorrow morning lol.
Morning: I stopped at dunkin this morning for an iced coffee w/sf blueberry and cream.
B: DH got up early this morning and made scrambled eggs w/american cheese so I had a few bites with about 4 grapes before I walked out the door...I also brought cottage cheese and a nectarine with me if I get hungry later this morning.
L: celery w/tuna, pickles and light miracle whip, 8 baby carrots and 2tbsp hummus
AS: handful of grapes/ L&F greek yogurt
D: DH is smoking salmon fillets tonight with zucchini and yellow squash
ES: not sure. maybe nothing again--I did it yesterday, let's see if I can keep this up!

Back on track and getting ready for the seminar I'm going to this weekend. They are feeding us, but it's high carbs both days... I'll hit Costco for low carb protein bars and a chicken, that should cover me for both days.
Need to stay on track and not let the stress of dealing with my mom, bills, jobs, and family pull me off track.

Good morning and TGIF! Night #2 on new mattress was just as comfortable and lovely as night #1. I'm not nearly as sore today and walking upright! Rob said that he hasn't heard me snore, which means he is happily dead asleep and/or we indeed have the perfect mattress! Win-win! Just a half day today, I'm getting my hair done this afternoon, yay! This weekend will be nice and chill. We are touring a new gym, taking the dogs to the park, shopping, BBQing and relaxing. Happy Fathers day!!
