What's on your Thursday menu,RNYers?
we were in the city this time - at the "Heart O' Chicago" motel in Andersonville. We've driven by that place a million times on our way to the hospital, but we've never stayed there before. Last time we were at the Ohio House - also in the city. So we do stay in Chicago sometimes. But even when we're in Evanston, we/I can still meet. I usually have a 10:00 or 10:30 am appt, and I can take the L down to the Loop afterward. The hospital is in Uptown or Lincoln Park (can't remember which) - and there's an L station three or four blocks away. Easy peasy.
Lets do it next time.

Jim. Jim!!! You are amazing! I would be dead if I had attempted this, long before 62 minutes were up. That faint sound you hear is me here in Seattle, cheering for you!

Good morning everyone!
Thank you for the well wishes yesterday! so far today has been better, emotion wise. Hoping it stays that way. My stomach is still a bit uneasy but better. Not sure what today will hold in way of activities. Most likely we?ll go to the thrift store. Other than that just not sure.
QOTD: not a huge sports person. I used to be and my fav sport was football, fav team was the Packers. Back when Favre was at his prime. I just don?t follow any of it anymore.

Morning, cool and rainy here...again. Kudos to the Blues for the win. It was a long time to wait for them, and deserved, their goalie was a wall!!
QOTD: Being a life long New Englander, I am blessed with exciting and successful sports teams. That being said, football is my fav. is football and my loyalty is split between the Patriots and the Packers. My late husband Mark had the privilege of attending rookie training camp while playing football for UW-Stevens Point.
