What's on your Wednesday menu,RNYers?
Hi Em! Its always good to hear from you, hope you are well. There is actually a variant on that Seven workout that is on my longer term goal list.
I'm not ready for all these yet, but something to work towards. In the meantime, I think learning to do double unders are my new challenge after tomorrow.

It was a bit scary when our PR person called and said "I've scheduled your new headshot, the old one needs to go". I'm happy it happened now, lol

Hello my RnY clan! Happy Wednesday!
It's warmer up here after a chilly few days, and is forecast to hit 90 today! To me, 75 degrees is perfection, but I know lots of people for whom it can't get too hot. They should all be happy today!
I've been spending some time at the rivers here - they are so beautiful.
Today is my 2-year surgiversary! It's amazing to think of how far I've come since then, in many ways. My weight is 126.4 this morning. Up .4 due to - you guessed it - nuts. At least this time I only bought $.50 worth - I succumbed to the desire, but managed to limit the extent of my indulgence.
I bought a big Angus top round roast yesterday and will make it today - yum!
Yesterday was my dad's birthday. He died when I was 36, but would have turned 96 had he lived. That's a lot of candles! He was a truly brilliant, accomplished, one-of-a-kind man, and I think of him and miss him every day.I
QOTD: From the time I first started thinking that having surgery might actually help me (as opposed to the thinking about it and rejecting the idea****il I first made contact with my surgeon was around 6 months, and the surgery itself was about 6 months after that point.
First: tea today! I coffee'd myself out yesterday and need a break.
B: ham
L: tuna
D: roast and some green salad.
Wishing everyone a sweet day!
