What's on your Tuesday menu,RNYers?
Good morning menu friends! Up bright and early again here in Elkhart Indiana and ready for a new day. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122.8. Lily and I will take our first walk in a few minutes and will take at a 1 more later. Yesterday we took 3 all together as she was eager and so was I. QOTD favorite summertime food--mine is strawberries and I got some yesterday. Heres food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz. deli chicken and 1/4 c fresh strawberries D 4 oz burger with cheese no bunS if needed hummus and 4 pretzels. It's exciting to watch you lose your regain Karen, an inspiration to all that it can be done with a lot of persistence and hard work.
It was a super soggy day around here yesterday after work I came home and took a nap! I haven't done that in over a year. It felt good. Today (after work) we are starting to get things out to uncover the pool. It's one of my favorite things to do.
QOTD: Any fresh-off-the-vine vegetable or fruit.

Hi everyone. I'm learning I really like vacation cause I can sort of keep up with my RNY peeps. I'm in bed (ahhh) and will get up and hit the gym in a few. Todays plan is to finish packing and our flight is late tonight. My son's graduation last night took forever- if I hear another screaming baby I may just lose my mind.
Qotd: Favorite summer food are potato salad/macaroni salad. It's the only thing that I won't bother with outside of summer. And it's even rarer these days since they are both so carby.

Morning all! Glad to be checking in and trying to reestablish a routine with work after training since last August. I had the opportunity to start training a new bunch of folks again this year and decided that I just didn't want to this time. So it's back to the grind for me...
QOTD: I really love having fresh berries, especially raspberries and blackberries, but fresh off the vine tomatoes are amazing too!
Menu: my stomach is half nauseated this morning so not sure what will settle. I brought 2 cartons of CarbMaster yogurt, turkey breast and baby carrots and I may try some oatmeal to see how it goes.
Exercise: A heavy upper body workout with my trainer and then leading a FB Live workout for a group of bariatric folks.

I feel very frazzled today but I only have a couple of meetings so I might actually get some work done, yay! I have pilates and lawn cutting tonight so those will be good things!
