Happy Friday everyone! When I get home tonight, I am home from travel for two full weeks and I am not doing a darn thing this weekend that I don't want to do.
I'm at a women's technology event today, beautiful location, should be a great empowering day! My pictures are from the grounds here in larkspur.
im not a great sleeper as a rule but this week I think I have only gotten about two hours a night since Saturday and I'm really feeling it. Today, I've been awake since 1145 last night after going to bed about 10.
i am having a lot of coffee but none after noon today, which is usually when I cut off the caffeine but today I'm going to be super disciplined about it.

QOTD: I have not seen a therapist. I have been to a couple stress debriefings when I was an EMT working on the ambulance and went on a few very bad calls.
