Good morning! Janet, I'll be thinking of you both today and hope all goes well. Love the kitty pic-giving you comfort. I have another busy day of writing evaluations so I need to focus! I need to mentally unplug from work this weekend.

Happy Friday everyone! When I get home tonight, I am home from travel for two full weeks and I am not doing a darn thing this weekend that I don't want to do.

I'm at a women's technology event today, beautiful location, should be a great empowering day! My pictures are from the grounds here in larkspur.

im not a great sleeper as a rule but this week I think I have only gotten about two hours a night since Saturday and I'm really feeling it. Today, I've been awake since 1145 last night after going to bed about 10.

i am having a lot of coffee but none after noon today, which is usually when I cut off the caffeine but today I'm going to be super disciplined about it.

Found an old workout DVD and completed the entire workout. Before RNY I would have given up within 10 minutes. It was a nice change in my exercise routine, I just might keep it up!
