Wow was it a long night! All my incisions and places they attempted an iv are super SUPER itchy and the incisions are very red. Benadryl helped for about 3 hours last but the cream was a bit better. Working on very little sleep. I see my surgeon this afternoon for a check up. Hopefully getting the green light to add purées that have been strained. Fingers crossed!

QOTD: Ronald Reagan had just taken office.

food as of right now....

2 premier protein shakes, sf popsicles, yogurt!!!! Cream soup!!!!

i got cleared wooohooo! That Greek style yogurt was the best I've ever had! Hahaha. I measured it out and ate it with a wee ****tail spoon over a period of 35 minutes. The soup will be eaten much the same way. So far so good!

That sounds fun, Karen. If you are taking pictures, I would love to see the 1966 Ford GT that won at Le Mans.

Good morning, everybody! Marilyn has a new tennis league this morning, so I don't have a ride to the train station and will be driving to work. That basically means that I will get in the office at the same time whether I leave my house at 8:00 or 9:00. So I'm waiting out the traffic and having a bit of a leisurely morning.

My stuffiness doesn't seem to be going in one direction or the other, so I'm hopeful that it will kind of bypass me.

93 Burpees. Just one more week to go.

I hope that Laura's surgery goes well today.

QOTD: Lyndon Johnson. You have me there, Gina.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein Bar

Lunch: Ahi tuna salad

Snack: Ostrim meat stick

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

hey everyone!
I am back!
I have been MIA for a few days because work has been hectic, but I have been tracking in MFP and mostly keeping to plan. I did have a few unplanned calories last night but shark week started yesterday and it always makes me feel like I am starving.
strangely enough, I weighed myself this morning with ALL my clothes on and it was 151.5 so I am betting if i weighed without clothes on I'd be at GOAL! and at very least, when my monthly is over, I will definitely be there or even under!
Ideally I would love to get to at least 147 just to say I am a "normal" BMI, and I am sure I can drop at least another 3 Lbs if I go hardcore for a few weeks...I said I wanted to get to 150 by my birthday which is the 29th of this month, so I am super proud of myself!
I've been mostly maintaining for the past month or so, and being totally fine with the foods and meals I am eating and I've kind of decided that this is just how maintenence will be for me and that is perfectly Okay...I am eating around 1200-1400 calories per day and it feels normal and not like I am on a "diet" so that makes me super happy...1200 calories a day 16 months ago would've felt like starvation LOL.

QOTD: Jimmy Carter

Morning: Lots of coffee, sf coffeemate
B: low carb banana bread, 12 cherries
L: can of tuna, chopped up pickles and light miracle whip on celery sticks, 8 baby carrots and 2tbsp hummus (I probably won't be able to eat it all)
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: Chicken tikka masala in instant pot w/peas and poblano peppers over cauliflower rice.
ES: enlightened ice cream bar

happy friday Eve!
