QOTD: I have big plans for the rest of the year. Once I have my surgery (in two days! omg!), and I have recovered sufficiently, I am going to move on my career goals. One of the biggest reasons for surgery is to enable me to go into the field that I want. My goal before 2020 is to pass the rigorous physical testing required.

As I mentioned above, surgery is in two days. My nerves are warring with my rumbling tummy, and both are distracting my (meager) concentration ability. Today, I work on getting things in the house ready... things like checking for cords that I might trip over when I am walking in zombie mode.

Breakfast: Protein shake; decaf; beef bone broth

Morning Snack: SF jello

Lunch: protein shake; V8

Afternoon Snack: decaf; LF plain yogurt

Dinner: protein shake; avocado smoothie

Bedtime snack: 1 cup (sieved) portobello mushroom soup; SF jello

Activity: walking

Water: 73 oz.

Thanks for asking! I'm taking it slow, literally my pace and length of time. I haven't done my weekend 10-milers and don't know when that'll happen. I am staying consistent on my PT exercises and at some point the rest days need to happen but so much better.
