I haven't tried the mocha on specifically but Obama big fan of the Jordan's Skinny Mixes. My favorite for coffee right now is the vanilla fudge waffle cone and I just ordered a lemon elderberry for tea/water now that it's getting warmer.

Mornin' All!
I, too, love early mornings. I love getting up as soon as I wake up (often around 5:00 or 6:00) and enjoying my coffee in bed while I check email and OH and Facebook. I also look forward to breakfast every morning - it's become my favorite meal of the day. Never in a million years would I expected to turn into a morning fan - I guess it's somewhat age-related (??).
so this morning I have my first senior non-credit summer class - it's a short story class. I figured it would force me to read fiction - but it should be fairly easy since they're short stories and not novels (it takes me a long time to read most books - I can't sit still long enough to read more than a chapter or so at a time). Really looking forward to this! This afternoon I have Mah Jongg. I evidently now like this game since we haven't met in a couple of weeks, and I've actually missed it. What a surprise! I also need to fit some exercise in - maybe I'll go over to the gym before class and ride the NuStep for 30 minutes or so - otherwise, I'll do that or take a long walk this evening.
Accountability has been great for several days other than Saturday (dinner out..). I've also walked or ridden a stationary bike every day for at least 30 minutes, and yesterday I went to a gentle yoga class to see if I could start up with that again. With a few modifications, I was able to do it - so that's back on the list as well (I had to watch to make sure I didn't overstretch with these incisions, but otherwise, it went OK). I feel great being back on track with everything even though not much has shown up on the scale yet. But I've been in a great mood lately - I think the weather has helped, too.
QOTD: I want to get below 150 lbs again (have been bouncing around between 152-155 for the last two months - UGH!!). I'd also like to do some organizing around the house, but even thinking about it stresses me out!!! Here I thought after retiring I'd have all this time to organize and everything would be a great shape by now, but no....

Good Tuesday morning everyone!
my incisions are finally starting to feel a lot better and boy am I glad. The big one is more bothersome but it's even feeling better. I over did it yesterday. My niece had soccer practice we had to take her to, along with her brother & sister. That was fun...LOL
not much planned today. May run to get some myralax....well I'm certain I will. Work on some chainmaille stuff hopefully.
qotd: i'd Really love to get a full sized bed. I have a twin and it stinks! I'm 6'2" and at least with a full I can lay catty corner so my feet won't hang off. Money is tight but i'm hoping!
food will be 2 1/2 Protein Shakes, broth and sf popsicles. Going to push water today!

Good morning, everybody! I am so tired this morning. I went to bed at 10:30, woke up at 2:00 and then finally fell back to sleep, but when I woke up this morning I actually felt worse. I ordered a Decaf Americano late last night, and I am wondering if I got caffeine in mine by mistake.
Also, I am starting to get a little sniffly - hopefully this isn't the beginning of a cold. I haven't been sick since surgery.
91 Burpees today. Only 11 done so far.
QOTD: 1) Refinish the doors between my house and screen porch, 2) Catch a fish in Illinois on a fly rod without a guide
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bars
Lunch: Pork
Snack: Light and fit
Dinner: Chili
Have a great day all.
