A note on the Miralax. For some of us it doesn't wor****il 48 hours later. If after 24 hours you still need help, tread lightly until you know what your body can take. Too much Miralax can be a big mess. I've learned to give it 36-48 hours before adding another dose.

Everyone is different, just a head up.

I take two doses of Miralax every day just to stay regular. If I get bloated and haven't gone in 24 hours, I have to add an extra dose in... It's a pain but you'll workout what works for your body.

Things are still not great & i'm Super frustrated. Nothing is seaming to help :(

Are you taking Miralax daily? Have you started your vitamins yet? If your vitamins contain iron, that could be what is causing your constipation.
