Good morning, everybody.

One of the managers that works for me held onto something for two and a half months and then gave it to me to review on Thursday evening with a client meeting this morning at ten. So, I have been scrambling to review it enough so that I can be comfortable at the meeting today. I will have to discuss that with him after the meeting.

Once I get through that, the rest of the day should be pretty good.

90 Burps.

QOTD: Probably cottage cheese

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein bar

lunch: Chicken

Snack: Light and Fit

Dinner: Chili

Good morning everyone!

not much planned for the day. I'm pretty whiny this morning. The largest incision is bothering me and i'm Tired of sweet stuff! It's all going better than when I had my gallbladder out though. So i'm thankful yet annoyed LOL

qotd: i'd Say fage 0% Greek yogurt at the moment. I can make it taste like whatever I want.

was mostly on point yesterday. Had less than 500 calories total but it felt like more so i'm Hoping today to skip an extra sf popsicle and stick with an herbal hot tea. I'm not paying attention to calories really....my main goal is protein but I just noticed it last night for some reason in my tracking app.

2 1/2 premier shakes, sf popsicles, bone broth and maybe a decaf coffee thrown in there.

Curious, what sf popsicles do you eat? I get deathly ill from sugar alcohols and I've founs that most sf popsicles have sa's...argh!

The ones I use are popsicle brand. They have topicals & the basic three. Not sure if they have sugar alcohols but I do know they have aspartame.

Hi I've noticed on signature you had VSG to RNY in a short period of time, can I ask you why did you get the revision? I'm in the process of getting revision to RNY from the sleeve. I was sleeved in 2011 and never made it to goal and now I have GERD really bad. So that's the main reason for the revision.

Hello :)

i had severe GERD start about 7 months post op. Woke up many a times gurgling acid. Tried the gall bladder to see if it'd relieve it and it didn't. My weight loss stalled at 70 pounds or so. I couldn't eat any spices really...no pepper very little salt and even onions bothered it.

the GERD was definitely the main reason!

Morning all!! I am starting to return to human after days and weeks of setting aside my life until I passed my exam. That is done and I spent alot of time this weekend cleaning and catching up...cleaned the car, worked 4 hours in the yard & garden, worked on cleaning the house and much more. We did have some fun too and did some thrifting, watched some Netflix (loved High Seas, Unforgotten, Death in Paradise, British Baking Show, not so much Fleabag and Versailles) and I spent an hour early Sunday morning sitting on my porch with the cats and just drinking coffee and sneezing from the pollen!

Today I am working from home and trying to mop up things there.

QOTD: hmmm. Does coffee count? If not, probably Chomps, not that they are my favorite food, but I can stick them in my bag and have them when I'm out or busy instead of grabbing junk.

Menu:

B: coffee, 2 oz TJ's ham, 1/2 cup plain oatmeal w/ blueberries & slivered almonds

S: EverRoast chicken

L: Hopefully Arby's roast beef (no bun)

S: cottage cheese, raspberries

D: not sure since it'll be late

E: workout in the gym

Hi all is fine here sorry for the MIA status as of late.

my update is that I have a job! I start next Monday. It's a similar position to my last but at a hospital system instead of private Corp. also it's in Chattanooga which is 1.45 hours away one way. So there will be a move in our future. We are going to be living in our motorcoach!!' Tiny home living ;)

qotd: protein powder and egg whites and whipped cream and powdered peanut butter.
