Good morning menu friends! Off to an early start this morning as our campsite is nearly 30 minutes from where we work so we need to leave here by 7:30 to be there by our 8 start time. Campground is lovely though so it's all good. Lily and I will walk however far we can in the time we have between light and time to wake hubby. Accountability was spot on yesterday food wise and stepwise. Had 10,000 steps and ate only food planned. Weight today is 123. Heres the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L P3 pack D 4 oz baked salmon s if needed hummus 100 cal and 4 pretzels as dippers. QOTD what is the one food you couldn't stand to be without--mine obviously is my oats. Have a great day full of healthy choices everyone !

Good Morning Karen and Menuers,

Safe travels to you today as you move to another campground.

I took a day off (rare thing to do in June as a teacher) because I have a follow-up for my shoulder. It feels better but not perfect and I have been discharged from PT, so I guess this is as good as it gets.

I am currently drinking my coffee on the deck and playing ball with Max. It is a beautiful sunny morning and I am enjoying every single second of the peace.

QOTD: I can't say there is any food that I like the best since surgery. But I do rely on premier protein chocolate shakes in the morning. It's become part of my routine.

TSS: 1 year 5-months weight 160.5

B: since I am home Max and I will have an egg

MS: shake on the way to doctors appointment

L: BHER chicken breast wrapped in lettuce

AS: HB egg with everything bagel seasoning

D: meatloaf, roasted asparagus and mini roasted potatoes (DH and his friend are checking the brakes on the camper and all his friend wants for his time is dinner!)

All vitamins and at least 120 ounces of water/crystal lightH

Have a great day everyone!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Mornin' All!

It's exactly four years today since my surgery. I'm still down over 200 lbs, but up 17 lbs from my lowest weight. Boo! I'd love to take off 10 lbs, but will settle for 5. Working on it...

not much on the agenda today. I'm meeting a friend for coffee at 9:00. I also need to get over to the gym and do some odds and ends around the house. The rest of the week will be quite a bit busier, so I might as well get as much as I can today...some of this stuff has been on my "to do" list way too long!

QOTD: probably Greek yogurt. I eat some every day - and sometimes two or three times a day!!

4 years out today!!

B: homemade coconut Greek yogurt with mango pieces

MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake

L: low-sodium deli turkey slices

AS: L&F yogurt and/or raw veggies with ranch Greek yogurt dip

D: maybe the other half of my Impossible Burger from Saturday night

ES: if needed, same as AS

ex: will do 30 minutes on the recumbent bike (it's supposed to rain today - otherwise I'd walk, too!)

have a great day, all!
