What's on your Saturday menu, RNY'ers?
Good morning, Weekenders! Happy June (can you believe it??)
We have a vet appt at 10:30 this morning, then dinner out. Not sure what's going on the rest of the day, but it's supposed to rain - so something indoors. DH suggested looking for a ceiling fan for our upcoming porch - sounds like a good enough activity for a rainy day...
I went over my calories yesterday by 91 kcal - not happy with myself since I've been on a roll lately. At least I did some walking last night, but still... Gym membership starts back up today after being suspended for two months. YAY! I'll get over there at some point...
3 years 11 months out
B: sweetened/whipped cottage cheese with some protein powder & unsweetened cocoa mixed in and raspberries on top, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: fish taco or deli turkey slices
AS: if we're out and about, I'll take a protein bar with me. Otherwise, probably light yogurt and/or raw veggies dipped in ranch Greek yogurt
D: I may order an Impossible Burger again (loved it!) and eat half of it. Or the cup of soup and half sandwich combo
have a great day, all!
Good morning menu friends! Quick post today as I'm waiting for the other 3 units of our team to show up. We know the one couple from our last project but the single woman and other couple are soon to become friends too. That's on of my favorite things about Nomads-'getting to meet people from all around the US. This time we are leading so that's a bit of stress but everyone we've met in our previous 11 trips has been nice so there shouldn't be any issues. We're not the boss but basically the contact with the work agency. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday with over 10,000 steps plus 30 minutes walking in the heated pool too. Lily and I have 5000 steps in already and will do several more walks later as well as possible pool time. Weight today 123. Here's the food B1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli meat and cheese D 4 oz burger with cheese andno bunS if needed hummus(100 cal pak)with 4 pretzels. Have a great day full of healthy choices everyone! Later!

Good morning everyone. I am fairly sore and it's making sleeping very very hard. It's slowly feeling better but the one big incision is the one that is so sore. Don't regret my choice one bit so far!
i do have a question i'll make a separate post for about low blood sugars.
food will be two shakes throughout the day and a protein water diluted through the day. Jello & broth are grossing me out. Might have a sf popsicle.

Happy Saturday Menu Friends!
DH is currently trying to powerwash the house and I will join him as soon as I am done some inside chores. He has worked late every night this week and is cranky and tired, so I will try to help him as much as I can. Tomorrow is a complete rest day for him. I will do a few errands and pick up a few things at the store but will be a low key rest day.
I completed No Weigh May and I am happy to report I weigh the same. I have to admit I was a little worried but I was happy to be able to support a WLS friend and her obsession with the scale.

B: 2 ounces Havarti cheese 2 cups coffee and morning vitamins
L: turkey burger

Good morning, Trish & Company!
Up early today and back from the gym. I'm heading out to get my car serviced and pick ups few things in a minute.
I have some doors to my screen porch that I would like to refinish, but I don't think that we have had one weekend with good enough weather to do so yet. All winter, I thought that it would be nice to go out into the sunshine to sand and paint them. Now that it it no longer too cold its too rainy. Still four more weekends before July 4th, so hopefully I can squeeze them in.
88 Burpees.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: soup and salad
Snack: Light and fit with granola

Morning everyone! I've been reading here and there but otherwise have been quiet- working on life stuff.
This weekend I'll be trying to to get my son signed up at Planet Fitness' feee summer promo for teens to use their gyms (his request). Tonight hubby wants to take me to the Chinese lantern festival- I need to take like two more naps to make that happen because I'm exhausted today! We leave for vacation in 10 days-- how timely. No plans tomorrow- actually I think I may shop for another swimsuit to take- I'm good on clothes otherwise (aka have way too much to justify shopping).
