Qotd:my legs, they have always been very thin compared to my upper body.
no big plans as i'm pretty sore still. I had to take a few pain pills through the night but I think that's all i'll Need or at least I hope so. Pic at the end is my legs. Kind of scared up! You can tell i'm clumsy :)

Good morning and TGIF!! Seriously, this day/week can't be over fast enough. Looking forward to a fun and relaxing weekend - bring it!
QOTD - My hair has always been my #1. It is the one thing that can make or break how I feel about my look and my mood. If my hair looks good, I feel great! If my hair looks bad, I feel like a scrub and there is no outfit or makeup can change that. I used to love my dimples, but they are all mixed in with wrinkles now!
Accountability - great
B - coffee x 800ish, L&F yogurt
l-real good enchiladas
d-eggs with canadian bacon and maybe cheese
s beef jerky

Hello RnY clan! Happy Friday! I love Fridays, it's my favorite day. Everyone in my family, including me, was born on a Friday!
Feeling a little blue, so I will walk outside in the beautiful world for at least an hour once I'm done posting. It's a cure!
QOTD: For most of my life, except when I was at peak weight (all bets were off then), I liked my face, eyes, and hair; my waist, my bust, my arms, back, and height. I was always critical of my derriere and thighs even when there really wasn't much of anything wrong with them. Now I still like my eyes, hair (even though it is thinner than pre-surgery) and most of the time, my face (though I want a face lift). My waist is small - I am a true hourglass. My hips and especially my thighs have become surprisingly slim - if I stand with my feet together, my legs don't touch at all, anywhere. I can't even catch things that fall when I'm sitting by slamming my knees together anymore - whatever it is just falls right through my thigh gap. This is cool but odd. Also, it's hard to find pants with a slim enough fit not to look baggy. On the plus side, I do look very rock 'n roll in black skinny jeans. My poor, once-beautiful breasts are but a shadow of their formally epic selves! Thank God for Fantasie bras - they are so beautiful and so, so well made, and with one on I look good even though a breast lift is definitely on my list. Pricey, but worth it.
Accountability: I ate some nuts last night and paid for it with hours of a painful stomach ache. Can anyone hazard a guess about when I will learn not to eat these things? This is why I won't start having bars or dabbling with sweets - I know myself, and once I allow something, it's much easier to justify continued use, even when I can see it's doing me no favors. Thank goodness I don't feel that way about alcohol, at all! My weight, thank goodness, is still holding steady at 126.
First: coffee coffee coffee!
B: roast beef
L: tuna
D: chicken, mixed greens, some grape tomatoes
Have a beautiful Friday, my friends!

Thank you! Yep, it's been a crazy busy week. We are going to a huge BBQ competition tomorrow and I'm going to a couple of Myron Mixon's classes. He is the winningest man in BBQ so i'm really looking it forward to that. Hopefully I won't be getting work calls all day. I wish I was competing but right now it's out of my budget and that's and that's ok.
I hope you have a great weekend too!
