Help constantly throwing up

One thing that helped me with large bites is to visualize the every bite you take should be the size of a single grain of rice. It also helped to put my fork down between each bite, that helped me to eat slowly and chew thoroughly.

I was very nauseated for the first three months after surgery. Then someone on this site mentioned that I might be lactose intolerant. Turns out, I was and that was what made me so sick. Many of us turn lactose intolerant after surgery. As soon as I stopped milk products I felt better.
Check the label on your protein drinks. If it has Whey Protein Concentrate, it has lactose in it. Try to find a Whey Isolate only protein source. It is 99% lactose free. I mixed my shakes with almond or cashew milk. I can eat cheese and Greek yogurt because the process of making them eats up most of the lactose. Anything made with milk or cream still makes me sick.
That being said, dehydration is the number one cause of nausea. Keep drinking!!!!
