Good Morning
sorry about being MIA - because...IDK Life? In so much stress over here I cannot even dissect it all. I am doing this web content writing as one of my many part time jobs and they want it yesterday, and excuse me it takes a few minutes to figure out how to market a commercial chimney sweep company in Texas that I know nothing about. Writing is not hard, it is putting my head around the details of what to write.
A change of meds and stress and I lost like 10 pounds in a month. Actually like 2 weeks and now it has stabilized. Silver lining? Yes and No.
Yesterday I had an amazing breakfast - An everything bagel spice Fold-it Wrap, Yogurt cream cheese and lox. So good. I actually had bought it awhile ago and had frozen the lox in 2oz portions and wraps. They both froze really well.
- Protein coffee
- Overnight oats w/protein and blueberries
- Thai chicken noodle bowl
- Turkey burger and veggie
- S: protein, apple, pumpkin muffins, veggies or salad
EX: Gym day

Karen, as always you are my hero! For getting your weight back down AND for all your volunteer work. You inspire me!
I am with SIL for her first immunotherapy infusion at the big cancer hospital in Boston. So far so good with okay traffic coming in (left at 5 am) and smooth steps in the process. We hope to be out of here by 11 more or less.
3 years, 2 months post-op. About 14 pounds above desired weight range but still in normal BMI (had dropped about half of the 15 gained prior to SIL's diagnosis but gained it back - definitely a stress eater)
B: Scrambled eggs
L: deli chicken
D: shrimp or deconstructed low carb pizza casserole
S: sweetened cottage cheese

So glad that you can be with your SIL. I'm sure that your support means alot.
Take good care and one step at a time, you can get back where you feel comfortable again. You have the tools. One bite at a time!
