You have tons going on. Remember to take of yourself as you're still healing. Hugs!

I am posting super late again today, it's just been busy at work and I keep forgetting til the day is almost over LOL...i also have this killer cold that seems like it's probably morphed into an upper respiratory infection and probably also a sinus infection but I feel like i've been missing too much work due to unexpected illnesses (mine and my daughter's) and I just don't want to do it again. I am going to see how this rides out but if it's not any better by Friday I may just have to bite the bullet and go back to the doc.

QOTD: I have very little interest in watching sports and I was never really interested in playing them either. I have never been athletic because of my weight but I am getting more interested in trying things I previously didn't think I'd enjoy...I am still toying with the idea of jogging at some point if i can ever find the time to work it into my daily life. at one point I loved watching Basketball (of course in the 90's when the Bulls had the dream team and I am from chicagoland!) and I like watching football when I actually care about the team. (Bears fan). most other sports do not really interest me.

B: coffee w/SF creamer, low carb banana bread, 12 cherries and about 1/3 of a peach that was mostly overripe.
L: 3oz smoked pork country rib, about 3 bites of cheesy cauliflower/sweet potato hash and a string cheese
AS planned was for some baby carrots and hummus but its already after 3:30 and I am sitting at the reception desk now so no snacking to be done til after dinner.
D: Chicken ranch meatballs & butternut squash zoodles
ES: sugar free strawberry pretzel dessert

I hope you feel better soon. Does your insurance cover teledoc? I used the video option last week for my daughter and it was great to not to deal with an urgent care waiting room.

My friend in high school married a pro bowler. The guys made bets on everything. Her man turned into a bad gambler. It was fun watching them bowl and drink cheap beer.
