Good morning Karen and happy Tuesday, thanks for starting us off, even though you are running late!! I'll throw out a qotd.
QOTD - why does a short week feel so long? My theory is that it's because we end up having to cram 5 days of work into a 4 day package!
today I start with a 6 am conference call with the east coast and end with a 630 pm conference call with Asia, so I know today will actually BE long, not just feel that way! Plus side is I am meeting a friend for lunch so at least the day will be broken up!
menu
coffee + half and half along with hot tea and water - I was light on fluids yesterday so 120 is my goal today.
b - carb master cin raisin cottage cheese
ms - Sargent cheese stick
l - 1 falafel, 3 lamb meatballs
d - 4 oz ever roast deli chicken and .8 oz slice cheese
es - frozen L&F (caramel apple)
870/86/30
ex - might go for a walk if I can work it in
have a fantastic day!

I did get my NSV on Sunday - Memorial Day Murph. I am still a little sore this morning, but it felt really good to be able to finish.
It took me 80 minutes and three seconds, that certainly isn't a fast time. I ran both miles at a 13 minute pace, so it was 54 minutes to get through the exercises. I split them into 20 sets of 5/10/15. The pull-ups were definitely the hardest - mostly done in two's and ones. For the pushups I started doing 10 unbroken but mostly took a little breather after 7 or 8. I was able to do the squats in unbroken sets of 15 throughout.
We were at a wedding in Minnesota, so I did it in the hotel gym. It would have been more fun to have done it in our gym in Chicagoland because of the company and they had a taco truck come in.
84 Burpees.
QOTD: Storms came through Chicago yesterday making us delayed coming home by 7 hours. We didn't make it back home until about 10:00 and I hadn't done my 83 Burpees yet, so this week is already seeming long and all I have done so far is one OH post.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Ahi tuna salad
Snack: Light and fit
Dinner: TBD

Thanks, Kelly. I think that I will watch Lone Survivor tonight and remember his sacrifice.
