Whats on your Sunday menu RNYers?
I'd jump on the chance to be an online training guinea pig, too, except I'm a little afraid to do much more than walk right now. My gym membership suspension ends on May 31, but once I go back, I may only be able to do the treadmills and bikes for the time being... All my favorites - Zumba, pool activities, and yoga - are probably going to have to wait awhile :-(
Happy Sunday folks! It's been active day for me so far. Started with my run, and an hour of yard work. Then made breakfast for the kiddos, and also made banana muffins with some overly ripe bananas. Swapped my remaining winter clothes for summer stuff and then hand washed my car with my son. Taking a break now to eat leftovers and making a grocery store list, then I'll vacuum. I want a roomba so badly. Maybe for my birthday next month.
Qotd: nope never did sports/exercise growing up. My moms idea of activity was to tell us to round around the house (outside). My mom did teach and active lifestyle- she berated you for not having one but didn't show us how to have one. So this life is all new to me- and 100% self taught.
