What's on your Saturday menu, RNY'ers?

Mine has definitely become thinner. In my case, I'm quite sure it's surgery related. Thank goodness I started with very thick hair, or I'd be in trouble! On the plus side it now takes no time at all to wash, dry, and style, whereas before it literally would take hours. It's a whole new world in so many ways!
Morning weekenders! I've been MIA- you know, life and stuff. This weekend I've little to nothing going on though. On Thursday I went to a wls reunion that my surgeon's office held. It was nice, they had great food, and I learned more about my surgeon's background- the practice itself etc. it was nice to talk with everyone- but man I felt like one of the youngest people there. Most are retired. Otherwise I'm still working at all this. My weight was uncomfortably high, so I've got my act together eating wise and have dropped 3#'s- I want to lose at least 6 more to get back to my comfort zone. Exercise is still on point. I did a 10 mile race in the rain 2 weeks ago- it was miserable- but I did it.
my 4 year surgiversary was a few weeks back. I had/have no words of wisdom. It's work. Has been, will be.... be in it for the long haul.
