I get the no bars- I stopped them awhile ago myself. Why no bedtime snack? I find I do not sleep well if I do not have something.

happy Friday everyone!
I am proud of myself because I was so unmotivated yesterday to do anything but i still forced myself to cook a full meal, give my daughter a bath, do all the dishes, put away all my laundry AND do my workout...I felt accomplished afterward of course but I had to force myself to do all of it unwillingly LOL.
QOTD: We have a King, hybrid mattress we ordered on Wayfair when we got our house. it doesnt require a box spring so we have it on a platform bedframe and it is very nice and comfy. the majority of the time I sleep in it alone because DH falls asleep on the couch all the time, but I always stay on my side anyway LOL...we flip it around every 6 months or so to keep it evened out. DH is 6'6" and we were always big people anyway so King was needed...we could probably downsize now but why would we? haha.
Morning: lots of coffee w/ SF coffeemate creamer
B: 1/2 C cottage cheese w/no sugar added peach fruit cup
L: garlic butter steak bites and brussels sprouts, unsweetened blueberry applesauce cup
AS: L&F greek yogurt, SF jello
D: turkey italian sausage & Spaghetti squash probably- its all we have left on the menu to cook and DH is making dinner hah.
ES: Enlightened ice cream bar!
pic is a drawing I did last weekend...sort of a cartoony self portrait sketch depicting my escape from obesity...and being free'd from my "fat cage".
