that is so cool...my grandma loved owls too and I also wear an owl ring every day that I've had for 24 years, I just keep moving it to different fingers now LOL...it used to fit only on my pinky but now I usually wear it on the middle finger...it's getting too big though!

Tonight is our big annual meeting dinner for the Mental Health organization I am President of. Since I and the CEO are running the show hopefully I won't have time to pick on the not good food.
- Protein coffee
- eggs on bed of spinach
- turkey on lite rye
- main event: grilled veggies, Buddha bowl with salmon, fruit and yes probably a mini cannoli.
- S: protein powder/drink
I have to eat during the day, but trying to keep it light knowing I am eating out.

Accountability: I load everything I eat in MyFitnessPal, even if it's off plan and bad. I find if I log it before I eat it, sometimes I won't eat it or I'll eat a much smaller amount!

A day late and a dollar short again. Sometimes it is difficult to get posting time with all of the young adults/teens etc. from my PC and I find it taxing to write out any lengthy posts on my phone, lol.
Accountability: I am really stretched thin right now so I am not eating a lot of protein or really much of anything and in the last week in particular the scale is dropping in a scary way. I have to get on the ball with that. It is what it is. I might have to start running my feeding pump full time if I can't manage to get my **** together right now, (running it during the day in addition to 12 hrs in the later part of the evening/overnight was already discussed with my bariatric team recently and I am receiving care for this from professionals just to make sure no one thinks I am not taking this matter seriously; I am). I have to be honest with myself so I can keep giving to the people in my life who need me to be everywhere and everything right now. It is a really difficult time. I don't know what else to say
