Good Morning! Karen, thank you for starting the chat. I have a few appts today but also a few must do things for work so I'm working on/off throughout the day but completely off tomorrow and Friday- much needed totally unplug from work time.
Accountability: Instead of cheese on my pita I had PB so a little higher in cals but ok otherwise. No bars.

Morning all~ I've been having low back pain for a couple weeks, but now it's bad and includes my hips too. I couldn't sleep last night it was that bad. I have a chiro appt tomorrow but I'm gonna see if they can see me today. I'm falling apart ya'll! What's next? Geez! I'm at work - moving is better than sitting still at home right now. What I wouldn't do for Advil right now....

Morning everyone! (it's just barely still morning!)
I made plans to go out with my new friend from work again this friday for happy hour. I am looking forward to it since I will get to go by myself this time and not with DH and DD...they came along last time which is fine but doesn't really give me much opportunity to have girl bonding time with my new friend!
I also got "hired" to take my girlfriend from high school shopping. I haven't seen her in about 15 years and she had RNY 14 years ago and has been following my posts on social media so she wants me to be her personal stylist and take her out clothes shopping. I AM SO EXCITED about this, you guys! LOL...she said she has no idea how to dress herself and she has no style and still sees herself as a size 24 even though she's a 10 now. I can't wait to open her eyes! We are getting together next weekend (after mother's day weekend) so I am also really looking forward to that!

Busy day so far. So ready for the school year to be over. Can't decide if it's because I'm retiring so I'm even more eager to be finished (I suspect this is the case I'm ready to get the heck out of Dodge)
