What's on your Wednesday menu,RNYers?
I guess I'll start this today as no one else has. No coffee yet so some one else add a QOTD please! Accountability yesterday perfect stepwise--12,246 steps--but I found mini chocolates at break time(only3 but 3 too many).Lily and I have one short walk done and will do two more short and walk to the school later. Weight today 123.6. Heres food plan B1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz lemon pepper chicken D 2 scrambled eggs and one small sausage link--breakfast for supper is so yummy. I need to make sure to get my 100 ounces of fluids in as I didn't yesterday. Have a great day of amazing choices everyone!
Mornin' All!
I had my Reclast infusion yesterday morning. I woke up around 2:00 am with the common "flu-like symptoms" (chills, fever, muscle aches, headache), but I'm feeling much better now. So maybe??? Even if these "flu-like symptoms" start up again (and they usually last about two days), it's still a vast improvement over my reaction last year. I'm hopeful...
My weight was up a bit this morning and I'm feeling VERY swollen (plastic surgery). Might be related. I hope.
I'm supposed to have lunch today with a friend, but we'll see how I'm doing later on this morning. Right now, I'm feeling pretty good...
3 years 11 months out:
B: protein shake, coffee with half & half (not very hungry this morning)
MS: probably Greek yogurt with 1/3 mango
L: I don't know where we'll go if my friend and I go out, but something safe for sure. Otherwise, if I'm home, probably cottage cheese.
AS: light yogurt with raspberries or strawberries
D: Wednesday nights are becoming our "sushi night" (two local grocery stores have half-price sushi on Wednesdays), so probably that if I'm up for it.
this is all subject to change if I start feeling like crap. In a way I wish I would - I really need a small pouch day!
Have a great day, all!!

Really hope that you continue to feel well post-infusion. I know it's only once a year but it sounds horrible...even for a good cause!
