hey guys,
I am posting really late today but I have been preoccupied lately with other things. I didnt even get a chance to read the posts yesterday because I left work early for a dentist appointment and had to make sure I got everything else done.
Admittedly I ate terribly on Sunday (cinco de mayo and my nephews baptism party=lots of chips/dips and tacos..and I ate a piece of cake! it was a terrible idea and I felt sick for a while so that was a lesson learned). I didn't even log anything on MFP because I didnt even want to know...but back to the grind this week.
QOTD: "Love many things, for therein lies the true strength, and whosoever loves much performs much, and can accomplish much, and what is done in love is done well." - Vincent Van Gogh
I think it is perfect. I had an ex that hated when I said "I love..." when describing simple things like chocolate or shoes because he felt the word should be reserved for something more important and it made him feel insignificant when I said I loved him. I think it's the opposite though...the more you love, the better. I don't think the word Love can be overused and I don't think anyone can tell you whether you actually feel love for something or not. there are obviously significantly varying degrees and types of love but I think they can all be called love.
Morning: lots of coffee w/a little caramel PP and coffeemate SF hazelnut
B: 1/4C cottage cheese, 2 HB eggs
L: leftover Cheeseburger layer salad (2 oz lean ground beef, lettuce w/light ranch, cherry tomatoes, bacon crumbles, diced onions, pickle slices and sprinkle of shredded cheddar- SO GOOD!), 5 strawberries.
AS: robert irvine fit crunch protein bar
D: DH is cooking--probably either turkey sausage and spaghetti squash or seared cod and veggies.
ES: Greek L&F & mini pretzels
