contact them via their Web page. Tell them you love it and hope it'll become a regular flavor. I think they haul out those "limited editions" just to test them and see if people will buy them. If they know people love it and it sells, they'll probably make it part of their regular line-up! I did that with the creme brulee because I love it and wanted to eat it FOREVER!

I just looked up where I could get the lemon and they no longer have creme brûlée listed as a flavor. I hope it's just an oversight but I'm going to stock up if I see it..along with the lemon!

Good morning~ I had my PCP appt yesterday and got a lot accomplished. He is known for requesting 10 gallon labs, but he's asking for additional gallons from me - hormone panal and a few other things too. Adjusted meds and he got me in with his office therapist since I am not having any luck using my EAP referrals like getting anyone to call me back. He's awesome. I'm thankful to have a PCP who cares so much considering my WLS center no longer does.

Accountability - Had an RH episode last night that came out of no where and for no reason I can figure - Scared the crap out of me. It put me in bed at 7pm dizzy, delirious and burning up - Not fun.

Average day. Beth, can understand teacher appreciation week. Yesterday, it was cookies which normally wouldn't have bothered me but there were macadamia cookies and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE macadamia cookies. I looked, I wanted, I said maybe later. Shew!!! Later, they were all gone. No telling what today will bring.
QOTD: I'm not a "quotey" kind of person, I hear them, I like them but I don't look for them and seldom repeat them. This isn't a publicized quote, won't find it in any book of quotes, just heard it on a youtube channel I follow and the person says this all the time, it's catchy and really applies to me and a lot of my life. It goes, "Do what you think you can't do!" I never thought I could lose 200 lbs, I never thought I could be a fit "senior", I never thought I could shop in a "regular store" or buy smalls (I started in 4 and 5X) and I never thought I'd get past "Arthur". I walk, bike (stationary) and strength train and I can do mostly anything I set my mind to. Next on my list, I want to learn to do mountain climbers. I'm definitely uncoordinated so who knows.
Accountability: Fairly good. I had my Breyer's carbmaster chocolate ice cream with some sugar free hershey's chocolate sauce and was satisfied with a normal serving. Considering that ice cream was one of my "binge" foods that I've avoided, I thought it was quite an acccomplishment to eat ice cream and be satisfied with just 1/2 cup. And it was GOOD!
