What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?

Several ladies are being incredibly disciplined and successful in avoiding bars! I found all of their bars last week so rectified that be getting rid of all the ones in the house.

Amy and I just kinda started a no bars streak challenge because they were trying to kick the habit of over indulging on them. For me, they were like candy and a slippery slope that I needed to reign in. Now I just don't want to break our streak.

I still have some somewhere in the house that I may have had my hubby hide from my view.

Kelly, as an actual runner, what would your time be for this:

Hmmm, I have never rowed at all so I can't comment on that. My typical pace is about a 9 minute mile (for some reason I'm usually a little faster during my half's, I think it's the adrenaline/excitement/competitiveness combination). Right now I'm sticking to a 11:30-12:00 minute mile.

G'morning menu family!

We were supposed to get some rain yesterday but it didn't materialize and a good thing. During the weekend DH took all the covers off our lawn (actually deck) furniture and power washed the deck, which to us is the signal for the end of rainy season. I was laughing when I heard on the local news about possible rain. DH gets so stressed about the finiture getting rained on.

QOTD: in this Trump era I always have these two quotes in my head :

My meals for the day:

• Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
• Eggwich
• Turkey slices and cheese stick
• Baked chicken Parmesan (minus the pasta)

Jen - if you read this, L&F yogurt has a new summer flavor; lemon meringue. Very yum!

Love the lemon light and fit! Had one last night

I'll have to try that one! I keep forgetting to tell you guys that I wrote to Dannon awhile ago and told them how much I LOVE their L&F creme brulee and hope that it'll become a regular flavor. DH went to the store a couple of days ago to pick up even more for me, and he noticed the container no longer said "seasonal flavor" (or whatever it was it said). YAY!!!!

now I'm fantasizing about that lemon L&F. I bet it would be GREAT with blueberries or raspberries on it!!
