What's On Your (Monday) Menu, RNYers?
Okay, lost my mind. I forgot, I got the carbmaster ice cream. I will have 1/2 cup of that and another Built Bar instead of the quest bar.

Biggest Goal: To Be Healthy in everything I do!!! To make healthy choices always!!! To just embrace HEALTH each and every day for the rest of my Life!!!
Late in the day but I'm going to post anyway. I took another vacation day to study for my cert and spent the whole day at it. I finished up another lesson & a half and only have 2 more (injury prevention & legal & business) before I'm down to exam prep. It's definitely coming together if I can just retain all of the info... I've never been a very good test taker when it comes to multiple choice. Essay questions I can tell you everything, but picking the ONE right answer is so frustrating.
QOTD: Meat sticks & jerky, cottage cheese & yogurt (lactose-free which hasn't been available that long), protein shakes
Food: I did okay since I packed my bag for the day this morning and didn't end up leaving to buy anything else.
scrambled eggs
mini salmon cakes
1/2 cup plain oatmeal w/ almonds & 4 pieces of cantaloupe
2 carbmaster yogurts (key lime & vanilla)
EverRoast chicken
Isopure C&C protein shake
WAY too much coffee, lots of water
2 TJ's chicken sausages, baby carrots & grape tomatoes
Lactaid cottage cheese w/blackberries & raspberries
No exercise...boo hiss!
Here's hoping I can slow my brain down from hyperdrive to crash soon! New day tomorrow

So I started back on my exercise routine today. Nothing too extreme...just walking on the treadmill. But I'm apparently gonna have to get some better fitted tennis shoes because now I have these huge painful blisters on the back of my heels. Ouch! No pain no gain right?
