You guys were right
I weigh my self once a week (on Sundays). I use to weigh daily but got too neurotic about it. The first thing I did to break that cycle is move the scale. If it wasn't in the bathroom for me to see 6 times a day I wouldn't thing about it so much. I put it on a shelf, which I had to take down every time I wanted to weigh myself. It broke me of my daily weighing habit.
