LOL, it is possible to make a low carb, no sugar chocolate chip cookie. Tasty is the tricky part.

Man, this is a good menu. If you want tender brisket come to the southeast (or to Texas). When I moved here (NC) I was told to try it and thought "Why the hell would I want to eat shoe leather". Boy was I wrong. Even better was when I went to Austin, TX and tried burnt ends. YUM.

I'd say my menu would include BBQ (probably Brisket as well), Sashimi, Ceviche with shrimp, and eggs. Does anyone else think that going out to breakfast is pointless after WLS? I can make my own eggs, kthanx.

I agree on the breakfast...unless there is a place with a bacon flight. We went to brunch on Saturday and I had a bacon flight - once slice each of Applewood, BBQ, Candied, Habanero, Paleo and their featured french toast bacon; I ate one bit of each but the whole thing of applewood and habanero. So good; so worth it.

I have heard of the wonders of South Carolina bbq.

I don't cook bacon in the house. I love breakfast out. Also know a fluffy egg joint. Dinner is my least favorite meal out.

Fantasy menu:

low carb egg everything bagel w/the works ie. Cream cheese, lox, onion, tomato

Pizza, pizza, pizza

Brisket, or Filet mignon wrapped in Bacon, roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes

low carb but delicious ice cream and maybe apple crisp. Or those amazing fresh strawberries.

eta: cannoli. Low sugar low calorie cannoli eaten in a cafe in NYC with great espresso.

This is a fantasy we do not gain weight on, right?
