It's getting real! - a little fearful

i have a tentative date, well week of surgery, set. I should find out more info Monday. It's looking like the week of Memorial Day.
i'm a wee bit afraid but not doubting this revision.
After the past 6-8 months I know I need something for this GERD. I'm still on a waiting list to see a specialist for BED. I had an appointment but had to cancel due to illness.
I will be the first to admit my eating has been less than stellar. I am a work in progress as we all are.
not sure what the point of this post is lol. I have very little people to talk to about this stuff.

We are here for you...and we get it! Even if we haven't had the same GERD/revision issue, the run up to (another) surgery; the need to stay on plan when it's so hard to focus...we are your ears.
You've got this!

Honestly, nobody in our real life wants to hear us prattling on about our surgery, what we eat, how it affects us and our pooping habits. It's definitely where OH and we all fit in your life now!
Revision is a big deal and I'm glad you're taking it seriously. We see so many wanting it as a quick fix to their regain, without a thought to what they're doing to their body.
It's a great time for you to get that GERD got rid of and get back on the wagon to get your eating back on track

Thanks!
I hear you there! I have a few friends who?ve had WLS and they are great to talk with but we still don?t want to talk about it all the time.
The gerd was/is so bad I woke up chocking on acid more than once. My quality of food has made the depression worse too. I can?t do garlic, pepper, salt or much onion. I?m working on things constantly in my head.
Well, ya know, that's what we are here for, support. No need to worry about a point to a post. You just need a little reassuring that all will be okay and it will.
