What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?
When I first started running over ten years ago I didn't believe in rest days. I was obsessed with running and I ran so much and so often I tore the cartilage in my hips. I had to have surgery to cut out the torn cartilage and pretty much that ended my running career. I still do run/walks here and there but running really aggravates my hips. I now believe in rest days. Take it slow and be careful!

happy May day and Blessed Beltane, my friends!
I am feeling slightly less sore today than yesterday, but still not great...DH rubbed me down with some kind of homeopathic pain relief ointment he found at vitamin shoppe last night...not sure if it did anything but OMG it HURT SO BAD when he was rubbing it into the inner part of my knees...I don't know what muscle that is but it is SOOOORE. I decided to sport flats today instead of heels because my legs would not support me unless I lock my knees when I walk. I don't usually choose to sacrifice fashion for comfort but I think this was a necessity hahaha.
QOTD: I think getting into an exercise routine will be a game changer for me. Now that I've found something that seems to work really well for my schedule (30-40 minute exercise DVD's) I feel like it's something I can keep up with and doesn't make me feel like it's a burden. Story really likes doing it with me too so it gives me a chance to be a good example as well as get her interested in regular exercise as a way of life. I already feel different and better (not just the soreness LOL), even just after doing it for 3 days. I can't imagine how different I will feel in a few weeks or months after gaining some more strength and stamina! I am so close to my goal weight now, it's not even about the weight loss now...it's about getting stronger.

Hump day. I only have 3 more hump days before I retire. So many unique ways to measure the end of your career. Actually, there are 4 more since I will do summer school but those hardly count. 17 more work days until I retire. 3 more weekends. Let me see. Can anyone else think of others. Not ready for hours, yet, too many of those.
QOTD: Mostly, worry less. I figure I'm not me if I'm not worrying but I need to stop. I'm not sure of all of your religious belief, but I worship a mighty Savior who is more than capable of taking care of me and if He knows the # of hairs on my head and he clothes his animals in delightful fur and feathers, why do I worry? Need to stop that.

Good afternoon
Making this quick since I have to go to work soon.
Still dealing with diarrhea, might have to go pick up some Imodium. I think I would rather be constipated.
Qotd if I could get off the sugar addiction, that's what I like to binge eat on so that would clear up that problem.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D rotisserie chicken and vegetable
Have a good day
I was on an antibiotic for 10 days which has my intestines in an uproar. Over two weeks later with lots of probiotics, I am starting to get back to normal. I do hope you are feeling better soon!
